Can Not Update Product Options because ...

For a product there are options. The option's description contain " marks for inches.

For example:
Zinc, 200mm(8"): Edit
Zinc, 250mm (10"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 300 mm(12"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 350 mm(14"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 400 mm(16"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 4500 mm(18"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 500 mm(20"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 550 mm(22"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 600 mm(24"): Edit | Delete
Zinc, 650 mm(26"): Edit | Delete

When I try to edit the option I can not. I get a javascript erorr at the bottom of the page that says:

Line: 272
Char: 41
Error: Unterminated string constant
Code: 0
URL: options_Add.php?ProductID=45

When I take out the " in the options everything works fine.

Because I had this problem before on the product update page I added the following to the options_add.php page

however, that didn't help...

Any thoughts? My first thought was not to put in the " for inches however it's important to the customer.
