check the database directly for that particular item and make sure the information in the data base for the name and the cart description is correct.
If you could export the record for that item we could take a look to find the problem .
Is the email going to main recipient? Just not the cc or bcc address?
have you double checked the spam folder to make sure it's not being treated as spam?
if it sends to the main recipient, but not the cc or bcc address, there may something on the SMTP server that is causing the failure. Check with your host to see if they can look into the smtp error logs to see why the email is not being relayed by the smtp server.
