I think the complication was in having two distinct problems, - the first being with your original host's server, and the second when the extra space was inserted when the error code was added to the page, - so easy to do!

It's the little things that get you. My CSS keeps failing because my brain refuses to accept the American spellings for 'colour' and 'centre'.
