I have a similar issue to bryan107833. I can't send you the form as it is part of a restricted site, but I can make up a similar form if you need me to on an unrestricted area. As far as I can see this happens when the binding is linked to a textarea on the form. I also have an issue with checkboxes with multiple selections. The form only posts the first selection and none of the others. Let me know if I have to set up a dummy version for you to help further.
