If you selected the option to Use one of the Presets and to Create an File for the email, there will be code in the template file to loop through each form element to include it in the email message.
Did you also set it to go to another page after the email is sent?
if you set a redirect page, clicking the submit button on the form should redirect there after the email is sent.
If the email is not being delivered, you will need to double check your settings.
make sure to enter the correct SMTP server.
make sure to set a valid From Address for your domain.
emake sure the to address is not the same.
on the SMTP server settings tab, you may need to check the option to Include the From address as an extra parameter.
If you are still having any luck, please compress your file and the webassist/email folder into a zip archive.
