PS4 installed in subdomain?

Thread began 10/18/2010 10:15 am by msummers194171 | Last modified 10/19/2010 10:08 am by msummers194171 | 709 views | 3 replies

PS4 installed in subdomain?

I have a client and want to install a PS4 store for them. I created a subdomain, e.g.,, and uploaded the PS4 files to that subdomain. I walked through the installation without problems, and can access the admin pages. But when I use Navicat to connect to the MySQL server, although I can connect with my specified credentials, I only see the information schema, not the shop database! Further, when I try to edit a theme to customize the shop, I get a 500 Internal Server error when I try to publish the changes (even something simple like changing the background color). Clearly something is out of kilter.

How should I begin to troubleshoot this issue?
