Can't import Menu Writer Theme into Preset Manager

I want to use the Website template "Sporty" located under Premium Templates in My Downloads as a starting point for a new css design. The Sporty website should be compatible with SiteAssist Professional, Css Sculpture and Css Menu Writer. I can easily import it into SiteAssist Professional and Css Sculpture using the related zip files, but I'm unable to import it into Css Menu Writer.

I'm attaching the file. Could there be something wrong with the file ?

I have successfully imported the Horizontal Dusk menu template into Preset Manager, so my guess is that it's something wrong with the file.
