Allow customer to choose shipping

So priority works with this:

$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["PackageType"] = "FLAT RATE BOX";

but not Express. However express works but priority fails if I do this:

if ( $_SESSION['USPS_Shipping'] == 'PRIORITY' ) {
echo '$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["PackageType"] = "FLAT RATE BOX"; ';
} else {
echo '$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["PackageType"] = "YOURPACKAGING"; ';
}
