Static & Dynamic Recordset Menu Lists

I have created a dynamic menu list in Dreamweaver for users to select an item. Each of the items has it's own year category (up to 4 years) and has it's own order column. This way I can view all records and order them by year and order.

Although I have all this working great, can anyone tell me if there is anyway to add separate static lines within the menu at specific points to separate these elements so the user can see that the first few items are in year 1, the next in year 2 and so on?

If you see my attached image this should make it clear.

Many thanks.

P.S. I actually own all of the WebAssist plugins but am struggling with the implementation on this one.
