In the bindings I do not see a USPS selection (shipping failure page). I've expanded all of them.
Anyway, I now just want to remove that and charge $6 per item. I went into eCart, shipping tab and removed USPS.
But this changed nothing. When I closed eCart after making this change, which stuck, none of the pages or code had changed (Dreamweaver does not indicate a newer copy). Also when I run through the cart again locally, I get the same error. "Shipping Quote Failed We're sorry UspsCom::DoAuth"
How do I *really* remove it?
