I get the following message when I try to load or reload the user registration page (and probably will with others too):

Spry.ValidationConfirm ERR: The element spryconfirm1 doesn't exists!

In reading other threads on this and other sites I suspect it may be because when I applied my template to the page(s) I placed the Spry validation stuff in the <head> ? ?

In any case, the code is attached. Can someone take a look and tell me what to do?
