Can we elevate this incident?
Hi Eric. I've been working with this client for 3 weeks trying to get the cart working and it seems we are 90% there. Wondering if we can elevate this to a support ticket, because the 1 question and 1 response per working day is making the process too long for comfort...
The problem may even be with FirstData's test terminal, but without better insight, I don't know where the problem lies or if I can get WA to work! Not good. It will start costing me money if I have to ditch my labors and start with a different cart system.
