Checkout Error

I need some help parsing this FULL Request error on the checkout page using FirstData:

When I used the ERROR code, it comes up blank as does:
FULL RESPONSE:
CODE:
APPROVED:
SHIPPING:
SCORE:
MESSAGE:

Can you tell me what part is failing?

I'm not sure if the path to the api is correct. I have the file on the top level folder or root of the site:
$LinkPointAPI_required[1][$nextIndex] = "".realpath("../linkpoint/19097622xx.pem")
But I'm not getting any errors in the <?php echo(LinkPointAPI_Result("r_error")) ?> field.

This is a TEST account with FirstData. It should be working sort of as live but without real cc processing.

Your full request looks ok to me, are you getting to the failure page? If so you should make sure to add in the full response code to the failure page so that the error can be exposed there. If there is a problem with the file location or any other issues it should let us know. Please post back with what you get.

That is the failure page

Hi Eric,
That is the response from the failure page. Once I press the final confirm button, it goes to the checkout failure page and that is the message on that page. What else should I do?

Can we elevate this incident?

Hi Eric. I've been working with this client for 3 weeks trying to get the cart working and it seems we are 90% there. Wondering if we can elevate this to a support ticket, because the 1 question and 1 response per working day is making the process too long for comfort...

The problem may even be with FirstData's test terminal, but without better insight, I don't know where the problem lies or if I can get WA to work! Not good. It will start costing me money if I have to ditch my labors and start with a different cart system.
