eCart 5 add enter order details to database

Cool. So when I bind my customer info in my "Store cart summary" behavior (hope that's correct), should I bind using the fields from my "checkout form" or my "Session"

Also I should bind my "orderdetails" in the "store cart details" in database server behavior....Correct?

Also in the "Store cart summary" there is a requirement for a box called "store as". I have no clue what to put in there. Any ideas?
