PowerStore3 installation

Does PowerStore3 have its own PHP built in? What is the process to install PowerStore on windows server 2003 R2 32bit OS. I have PowerStore3 running on Windows Vista PC with XAMPP. I want to transfer everything to our main server, come to find out it already has SQL Server 2005 already installed, will I need XAMPP? Or can I install powerstore in our website directory/order and use SQL Server 2005 for the DB. I already exported the SQL DB file from XAMPP and saved it to upload to the main server along with all the PowerStore3 files.
Will I still need cURL? as well? I tried to load XAMPP and got conflicts with SQL Server 2005, the ports that it uses is 80 which is the same as XAMPP. this is getting confusing to me, I am a novice for sure.
Please help, I have been working on this for a month now. I dont want to have to start over to install it all on the server. It was hard enough to configure on my Vista PC, I never did get Pay Pal to work or Fed EX.... thanks for any help you can give me
