Can't activate can't Download

I tried to download the latest version of tools for google but the download doesn't work on my MAC w/firefox or safari nor on my Pc with IE or Firefox.

I tried installing 2.03 but it asks for a SN which isn't part of my annual membership...

What now?

thanks

Nick
