WA would be very remiss not act clearly to protect their rights

As we would be remiss not to clearly protect our rights.

If that's the most important part of doing business, then my solution fits perfectly:

The easiest way for me to insure that, is to stop buying your software. That will protect WA and my network at the same time.

Their software is protected from any abuse from me, and my NDAs can remain in place. Problem solved.
