When you press the back button to get to these pages what happens if you refresh the page?

The problem may be related to having a different version of the WA_SecurityAssist > Helper_PHP.php file. The Helper file that Security Assist created differs from the one that the user registration solution pack uses. You can access the original file from the downloads and try loading that one to see if you still have this problem. Please post back and let us know.
