Do you have any security, firewall or virus scan software running? If you do, try disabling the software while trying to activate. Are you getting any errors while activating? If you are, what are the errors? 
I've tried deactivating everything that I have. I can send you the screen grab. It isn't that it won't authenticate...it says the code is incorrect. I sent the screen grab to the person in sales and she verified that it is the right code.
