ARGH...can't activate

I can't get site professional to activate. I've sent my serial number to Laura Savelli and she told me to write to you here, after confirming it is the correct number. She told me to reset my account, which I did.

Do you have any security, firewall or virus scan software running? If you do, try disabling the software while trying to activate. Are you getting any errors while activating? If you are, what are the errors?

I've tried deactivating everything that I have. I can send you the screen grab. It isn't that it won't authenticate...it says the code is incorrect. I sent the screen grab to the person in sales and she verified that it is the right code.

We were able to solve this problem by cutting and pasting the serial number. The issue seems to have been caused by a confusion between a zero and a capitol O in the serial when typing it in manually.
