There is no order created, so order number!
Hi, I have been scanning the forum and have followed advice given to others. Basically I have tracked down that my confirm page is not creating an order. This step is being skipped, somehow; the cart is then emptied and redirected to cart page (from checkout_success page).
I am about to give up here - it should not be this hard! So many great extensions - but this is maddening!
I am uisng Powerstore 2. I have a funny feeling that Universal email is effecting this as well. I have no template attached to my email, nor can I get one to attach. I have a support ticket for this - but have not heard back from anyone??
My site is to go live tomorrow and I fear I'll have to refund my client for his deposit - if I cannot get this to work. Has anyone any suggestions???
