Mailing to .co.uk domains

I have my form submissions working now, but I've found that every time I make any changes in the Dreamweaver interface, the mailformatting_php.php file gets overwritten. So I have to always add the co.uk to the domains list. Could this be resolved in the future somehow, so this section doesn't get overwritten?
