Thank you for the feedback. We are working to combine those products so that they naturally work together from a single wizard. This will greatly simplify the process and reduce the need for documentation.In the meantime we will continue to produce documentation for common problems and handle individual issues posted through this forum. All I can say is that this entire thread, along with WebAssist's input to it, makes considerably more sense when placed in the context of the thread currently going on in Announcements (concerning the new EULA policy).
I tend to agree with what OfficeGuy implied over there. He indicated (sorry if I misqute or mislead concerning your views) that the real issue was WebAssist having to articulate, a little more clearly, who it believes its customers are.
I believe that this entire thread, along with Ray's answer as quoted here, has made that very much clearer.
