We get both groups. We have customers that are long time developers, but we also have a large amount of newcomers. Particularly with the economy and job market as they are people are trying to find success working from home and website development is a common route.
I don't really believe that the basic store is a commodity item, and I don't think the powerstore is "basic" in a lot of ways... however if we didn't change our licensing terms and every ISP started giving it away for free it certainly would become that way.
