Fatal Error with WA_RandomPassword

After following all of the steps in an online tutorial of yours for sending a forgotten password to a user, I copied all the recommended files to my testing server. When testing the form, I was hit with this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_RandomPassword() in C:\xampplite\htdocs\hrconsortium\forgot_pswd.php on line 9

According to the tutorial, I used WA Cookies, DataAssist and SecurityAssist in setting up all the parameters and functions for the form. I have attached a copy of my .php file for your review. Can you provide a solution?

Thank you!
