Now working . . . well kind of

Spoke to the hosting server support and they could see no issue, however without changing anything the response emails started to come through. The shame is that I can't pass on what I did other than went to bed at midnight and woke up at 7am tried the form again and it worked. Not sure whether to believe in God or Fairies, but I guess that is for another forum. However, now when I add my username instead of returning to the login page as requested I get the following message;

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mich0899/public_html/ RTAPI_members_EmailPW.php:2) in /home/mich0899/public_html/ WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 107

The email comes through, but I think it will make the user think that it hasn't worked and so start emailing for support and you know what a hassle that can be. Can you help?
