I'm able to inspect your pages and see the validations. The problem for me is that I see some like both of your screen shots. So I'm not sure of the specific validations that are not retaining there settings. If you can post back and let me know about at least one of the validations that are implemented I will be able to compare what you are describing with what I get on your page.

It would be best to include the name of the form and the specific validation that is not retaining the values. If I can't make a determination about this issue or have any further trouble confirming things I can open a ticket for you so this can be looked into further.
