Sorry for the delay

It took me a bit to get's the file. I got it to work by copy and pasting from a working form. But now, any new validation I create doesn't give me a validation folder or php require once or even the server behaviours... I tried on a different site I'm working and had this issue. The forms send the information, which tells me Universal Email is working fine. But the

Also, the file has been loaded to my clients server and it's giving me the following error:

The forms send the information, which tells me Universal Email is working fine. The validation on the forms works and on submit...everything seems to flow properly, hence the fact that UE is working, however, it doesn't redirect to the confirmation pages.

I already have it running on this hosting here working great, but it gives this error on the godaddy server.
