Initial use of UE

Hi,
I just successfully installed UE, but when I try to use it, it is grayed out in the menu. I have not been asked to submit the key code etc..

Here is a breakdown of what I am doing:

I open up CS3, create a new html document and save it. I then inserted a contact page with Webassist Form Builder....went through the quick option then clicked finish. Next, per instructions I go to -
insert > webassist > Universal Email. But as mentioned, "Universal Email" is grayed out and not clickable. Could you advise on what could be wrong. Thank you for your time!
