Initial use of UE

I just successfully installed UE, but when I try to use it, it is grayed out in the menu. I have not been asked to submit the key code etc..

Here is a breakdown of what I am doing:

I open up CS3, create a new html document and save it. I then inserted a contact page with Webassist Form Builder....went through the quick option then clicked finish. Next, per instructions I go to -
insert > webassist > Universal Email. But as mentioned, "Universal Email" is grayed out and not clickable. Could you advise on what could be wrong. Thank you for your time!

To use Universal Email, you need to have a server language defined. You will not be able to run Universal Email if it is just an html page.
