Form display help please

integrated contact form solution pack into webpage ok but have a problem with validation fields and error message appearing as text beside fields.Form can be viewed here contactus.php. Form and captcha working fine and receiving emails on test sending of form but how do I alter form so that it shows the correct message beside the fields at the right time?

Any help greatly appreciated.
