How to show jpg images in repeated region (image data stored in directory)

In my MySQL database, I have

product (table)
-productImages (filename.jpg)

I read a threads that storing images in database is not the best way, so I kept jpg files in my directory (rowing_image/shop/riggers).

I saw some thread talking about the similar topic;

I'm going to make a back end page first using DataAssist, still I reckon it's good to know this since I'm a beginner in PHP.
I need someone to help me with coding to call images along with product info.

I've tried to do it my own;
<?php header('Content-type: image/jpeg'); readfile('rowing_image/shop/riggers');?>
but then I don't know how to make this match this with each filenames...

So here is the repeated region;

<?php do { ?>
<td><?php echo $row_PRDrigger_riggers['ProductImage']; ?>
<td><?php echo $row_PRDrigger_riggers['ProductName']; ?><br />
<?php echo $row_PRDrigger_riggers['ProductDiscription']; ?><br />
<?php echo $row_PRDrigger_riggers['ProductPrice']; ?> RMB<br /></td>
<?php } while ($row_PRDrigger_riggers = mysql_fetch_assoc($PRDrigger_riggers)); ?>
