Hi

I realise this forum is for supporting dynamic charts, but I have an Dreamweaver/ASP/SQL/ACCESS question.

I have a chart created and it is working perfectly using this SQL statement:

SELECT creator AS XLABEL, COUNT(lessontitle) AS YVALUE FROM lomaster GROUP BY creator

I am trying to modify the "COUNT(lessontitle)" part of the statement to read
"COUNT(DISTINCT lessontitle)" however this is not supported in ACCESS.

I have read that sub querys are a way to get around this, so I tried this:
SELECT creator AS XLABEL, COUNT(lessontitle) AS YVALUE FROM (SELECT DISTINCT lessontitle FROM lomaster) GROUP BY creator

I got an error back stating that "Too few paramenters were expected". Has anyone has to deal with gettign around the "COUNT(DISTINCT lessontitle)" limitation of ACCESS and have they any advice of writing sub queries or links to good tutorials if that is the way to go.

Any help is appreciated.
