Need to modify cart's tables and shipping with e-cart

I am really desparate trying to make things work since a lot days...
I am a designer with no coding experience and i would really appreciate it if the replies to this thread would be as simple and straightforward as possible...

I purchased powerstore 2 in order to make an e-shop for a client. The problem is that we are in Greece so i had to modify some of the features of powerstore, such as shipping etc.
After feedback from the forum i purchased e-cart 5.

A. What i need to do is to apply some flat shipping rates.
for example :
-if the total weight of products is less than 50 kg, the shipping is 20euros etc.
I have no problem crafting these rules but i

after crafting them, the shipping cost is not visible at the cart page.

I haven't made any other modifications to the files... the only thing i did was:
1. opened the cart.php file
2. i edited the WA_Store_Cart file and changed currency to euros, kgs and made the shipping rule.
3. I removed the FEDEX, UPS and UPS shipping rules.
4. I uploaded files to the server. (you can check at: index.php )

When i add products to the cart, there is only the total cost...
I now i have not done something that i should have.

B. I notice that:
At the cart page, there is not a column for total weight... I wonder if there must be a column for the weight of each product for the shipping rules to be effective...
If there must be this kind of column, how am i supposed to create it?

Is there some kind of code i must add? Could you please send me an example code if needed?

C. Also,
Are there some settings i have to enter to the globals file for bypassing the ups, fedex and usps shipping rates calculation?

Please, if there is someone that can help me with this issues, provide a non techy and straightforward solution, i am really in big trouble with my client, because i'm way off the deadline trying to make things happen.

D. Last but not least, the changes i need to do at the cart page, or anywhere else, are they going to affect the checkout procedure in any way? are there certain things i must notice?

For your reference i include the cart.php file, the cart definition and the storecart files, as well as a couple of screenshots from the shipping rules interface and the cart's tables.

Any help would be much appreciated...
