Eway XML Error for Rebill

I am trying to set up my payment gateway with Eway for Rebilling (reoccuring payments). The following is a sample of what they need to receive in order to do this:

<CustomerCompany>Bloggs Enterprises</CustomerCompany>
<CustomerAddress>123 Bloggs St</CustomerAddress>
<CustomerSuburb>Capital City</CustomerSuburb>
<CustomerComments>Please ship ASAP</CustomerComments>
<RebillInvDesc>Joe Bloggs reBILLing</RebillInvDesc>
<RebillCCName>MR J Bloggs</RebillCCName>

More information on this can be found at: PaymentsRebill.aspx

Unfortunately I have modified my files and cannot get it work; no values are sent through (see XML capture). I have attached the relevant files and wonder if someone can have a look to see where I am going wrong as Eway can't help me as they say it is a problem with my XML coding which I have just modified from Web Assist.

Many thanks.
