Cannot activate extension behind corporate firewall
I emailed customer support and was told to come here.
I am trying to activate my ecart extension, however I am behind a corporate firewall and proxy server. When I enter my activation key I get the error message of "Unable to connect to server" I have disabled my local firewall and anti-virus software to no avail. The link Technical Support request in the activation window goes to:
techsupportinsert_1.asp which has "Error The page you have requested cannot be found" Also the help button on the Online activation window does nothing on my machine.
Is there anywhere I can enter my proxy settings so I can activate the extension?
