What Operating system are you using - XP, Vista, Mac? The message is about being denied access. If you are on XP, are you logged on as Administrator?

If you are on Vista, what happens if you right click the Dreamwever Icon in your 'Start' menu and directly select 'Run as Administrator'?

Neilo I have Vista and I have it set to Administrator. I tried everything that I can think of, this is baffeling to me. I have another site on dw cs4 and it works ok. Please let me know if you can think of anything? It probably is simple but I am overlooking something.
