there are 2 places in the code where you have the following:
if('address_0_0' == 'address_0_0')
marker_0_0.openInfoWindowHtml(address_0_0.infowindowtext);

change that to:
//if('address_0_0' == 'address_0_0')
marker_0_0.openInfoWindowHtml(address_0_0.infowindowtext);
