How do I putenv

I'll try and explain something I've had very little experience with...

The problem is a godaddy server. Because we are using Gmail for our domain email all the mail that leaves our server is from I need to be able to force the emails to have an envelop or something like this so the emails are not coming from, but instead from

I have changed other forms that are now working using lines like:

I'm assuming I can add a line to mail_PHP.php file but I don't know where to put it and how it should be written.

I have waglobal set to: $WAGLOBAL_Email_Server = "" ;

Leaving the godaddy server is not an option right now. Godaddy’s network spam filter bounces all email coming from anonymous.
