My Site assist pro wizard wont open up

JavaScript error on opening - onLoad in wasap_wizard.htm

Having just bought the SiteAssist Pro extension and experienced the previous owners problem, read the Common Installation Issues - deleted the said file, deleted the extension, reinstalled, deleted the file again and still have the same problem. Having read the previous postings. There is obviously a serious issue that cannot be simply rectified. We buy this software to make our job easier - not to complicate it! Unless there is a straightforward fix I will just have to manage without it and curse the fact that I spent the money on a dud product.
