Still need answer to redirect issue

Hello:

I am still hoping that I can get a response to my request for information about how to change the redirect page to the page most recently visited. I must admit that I am a bit dissapointed with the limitations of your support (forum only). It should be possible to get an answer to a fairly straightforward question within a reasonable period of time.
