If you uncheck the "use preset" option, then you can set up your own orders and order details bindings. On the bottom of the order details section there is an option to save your settings as a preset.

If you use the preset it will not only work if you have the tables created by setting the bindings, but it will create the tables necessary if they don't already exist.
