Power Gallery & Flash Nav Menus

Power Gallery & Flash Nav Menus

I have added a flash nav menu to my power gallery site and I have two issues which I need help with:

1) When selecting a gallery to edit on the 'choosegallery.php' page. The menu showing the available options 'Add Images', 'Manage Images', etc doesnt display. If I reload the page then the menu appears as should. ??

2) When any popup screen appears, the page background dims and is no longer selectable (as expected) however the FlashNav menu stays available. During long processes a user can select the FlashNav menu and navigate away from the page.

Can anyone help me with either of these issues?
