Cannot Activate eCart

Cannot Activate eCart

I am trying to install eCart on my PC (running Vista, DW CS4) and have run into difficulties. The extension seems to install, but when I open DW, I get a blank activation dialog and an error as follows:

"While executing onLoad in WA eCartSer.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 214 of file 'C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\Library\Shared_Ser_Mactivation.js': document.formLayer.document has no properties"

I have tried deleting the WinFileCache.dat file and have reinstalled the extension more than once; still the same error.

I did notice that the WebAssist folder, supposedly containing the above JavaScript document doesn't actually exist when I install the extension?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
