ORDER BY DESCENDING command in Record Set Query

ORDER BY DESCENDING command in Record Set Query

I would like to display images uploaded in a database in order by DESCENDING but with the basic recordset feature on Dreamweaver it will automatically display the last uploaded file. How can I command it to display the second to last file, third to last ect. I have been trying commands such as ORDER BY page_1 DESC then adding (-1) (minus-1) etc. but none of them have worked yet. Is there a simple line I can add directly after- ORDER BY page_1 DESC to achieve this?
