Getting the message that WebAssist is not able to contact the server to validate my serial number. I have several products that need activation.
Here is the message:
Unable to connect to server.
Your firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the online activation. Disable all firewall and anti-virus software and try again. If you continue to have problems, submit a Technical Support Request.
I have turned firewall and AV software off. We are running a proxy at my business. Can you advise of a solution?
