Ok. Thanks! You found it. $WAGLOBAL_Shipping_Enabled = false; It was that but anyway I need your help. During all the test, I test it with false and true and anyway doesn't work... But we have a beautifull error message as follow;

Please return to checkout and try again.
And in the adress bar;
/checkout_failure.php?shipping=fail
I'M not very proud of the "false" thing but your help files can be confusing at this point. In the WA_Globals.php file it seem very clear to me that it need to be true but when I see a line who say in sp_ps_globals_2.pdf "•

This part was a bit confusing... It could be... If you intend to include shipping fees that are calculated through "one of the 3 API shipping carrier", change ‘false’ to ‘true’." Would be very clear to me.
Now we found the error. Now we need to find a solution to repair.
