I think I've gone as far as I can trying to troubleshoot this without actually being able to access the site, as there are too many things that may be causing the problem. If you're comfortable with me being able to access your site via FTP, could you include the connection details in the Private Message section and I'll then be able to troubleshoot directly? I'm only interested in the contact page, I won't touch anything else on the site!
