File uploads

I am having trouble with an Upload Files behavior on a form.

This had been working, but all of a sudden it stopped. I recently moved the web site to a dedicated server, but I can‛t figure out how that may have impacted this code. The files are all in the same folders and the tables have not changed.

When I click Submit, if there is a file to upload, it hangs up and says this page is not working. No other error message displays, even though Debug is on.

If there are no files to upload, it saves the record, sends the email, and goes to the Thank You page as the code directs.

So the problem is with the upload code. Lines 102 to 232.

So what is wrong with the upload file procedures?
