Form Submission takes a long time to submit

Hello, we have used Universal email on a basic contact form also using Captcha. Lately, this form is taking a very long time to submit which is having some users hitting submit multiple times, causing multiple submissions to submit. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? This client is hosted with GoDaddy and I am waiting for a call back from them but thought I would check the Webassist end of things as well. thanks!
